About Role:

Responsibilities:

Serve as a go-between for buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the real estate transaction process.
To increase our customer base, we must generate leads and network with potential clients.
Conduct property research and market trends to provide clients with useful information.
To attract potential buyers, create and present appealing property listings and marketing materials.
Coordination of property showings and excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers
Negotiate contracts and offers to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
To better serve our clients, we stay current on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

A valid UAE Real Estate Agent license is required.
A minimum of two years’ experience in the Dubai real estate market is required.
Outstanding communication and negotiating abilities
Knowledge of additional languages is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate listing platforms
A valid UAE driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.
