Responsibilities:

Regularly arrange residential/commercial property listings through personal networking, farming, and other means.
On behalf of owners, actively participate in the sale/rental of residential/commercial properties (businesses, factories, shops, and plots).
Make it easier for buyers and sellers to negotiate.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Making an appointment with the company’s in-house photographer to take current and clear photographs of the property in order to create a good listing advertisement.
Staying up to date on real estate market trends and being familiar with current pricing for rental and sale value of a property, particularly in your area of specialisation.

Requirements:

Working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are required.
Strong sales, negotiation, and English communication abilities
MS Office savvy, UAE driver’s licence, and own car
