About Role:

The receptionist/executive secretary will ensure the office runs smoothly by performing day-to-day operational tasks and providing high-level administrative support to the COO and other leadership team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • With courtesy and respect, respond to all customer inquiries and interactions.
  • Always keep the reception area, meeting room, COO’s office, and common areas clean and tidy.
  • Overseeing the overall appearance of the office and keeping supplies well-stocked.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 4 years of demonstrated experience as an executive secretary/administrative assistant/receptionist
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of office administrator duties, systems, and procedures
  • MS Office proficiency (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Excellent time management abilities, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Detail-orientedness and problem-solving abilities are required.
