About Role:

Supervise, lead, and assist assigned teams in performing baggage-related activities on shift. To ensure that all team members provide the best services and quality to customers in accordance with dnata standards. Deploy Plan the real-time distribution and allocation of resources to ensure that the processes and activities in the areas concerned are completed within the time required for operations on shift.

Responsibilities:

Answering the phone, screening and recording calls
Direct callers to the appropriate person or department.
Messages should be written down and forwarded.
Welcome visitors and customers.
Call the people who are waiting for the visitor and set up a meeting.
Coordinate the flow of mail into and out of the office.
Send faxes and emails.
Collect and distribute packages and mail.
Distribute informational materials such as brochures and flyers.
Other tasks associated with day-to-day business.

Requirements:

1~2 Years Certificate / Diploma
Minimum 1~2 Years working experience in similar position
Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications
Fluent in English & Arabic (Preferred)
Relevant training or qualification
Confidentiality
Organized, presentable and good time management skills.
