About Role:

To efficiently manage the Reception area, attend to guests and phone calls in a professional manner consistent with the image of Al Tayer Motors and its brands, and to provide the administrative support required by the Showroom/Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls efficiently and courteously, provide necessary information/guidance to callers, and transfer calls to the appropriate individual.
On arrival, greet customers with a pleasant appearance and guide them properly and courteously.
Ensure that the reception area is clean and sanitary, and that essential housekeeping standards are followed in order to project an appropriate corporate image.
Ensure that customer information and showroom footfall are accurately recorded in the system.

Requirements:

Candidates must be sponsored by their husband/father.
A high school diploma course in telephone handling skills is advantageous.
Exposure to a multicultural setting
Well-dressed and pleasant personality
Outstanding communication abilities
MS Office Proficient
