About Role:

Identifying future hiring requirements and creating job descriptions and specifications. Working with department heads to create a consistent list of requirements. Attracting qualified candidates through databases, online job boards, social media, and other means.

Responsibilities:

Conducting interviews and screening applicants in order to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience in order to find the best candidates for open positions.
Filling out paperwork for new hires.
Increasing the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good place to work.
Keeping current employment legislation and regulations up to date and enforcing them within the company.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
A minimum of three years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment is required.
Arabic/English bilingualism
Knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to plan and carry out recruitment strategies.
Outstanding communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of labour law and legislation.
