About Role:

Perform and ensure that all clinical processes, policies, and standards of care are carried out and delivered to patients in collaboration with the entire Nursing, Rehabilitation, and other disciplines pertaining to management, care, and patient safety as prescribed by the JCIA.

Responsibilities:

Keeping accurate and complete health-care records and reports.
Medication administration and monitoring for side effects and reactions.
Prescription of assistive medical devices and treatments.
Taking vital signs and medical information from patients.
Medical diagnostic and clinical tests are ordered.
Monitoring, reporting, and documenting changes in patient conditions.
Non-intravenous medication administration.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent is required. DOH Certification
