About Role:

To transact car rental services with prospective customers while providing high-quality customer service in accordance with the customer’s profile and contributing to the achievement of the targets.

Responsibilities:

On a daily basis, check for overdue agreements.
On a monthly basis, timely collection of client payments is required.
Before delivering the vehicles to the client, physically inspect them for hygiene and quality.
Control OT for all drivers at all locations
In cases of disputed payments of traffic fines, etc., communicate with customers to ensure timely recovery.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of car rental sales experience in the GCC market
Exposure to a multicultural setting
Well-dressed and pleasant personality
Outstanding communication abilities
MS Office Proficient
