About Role:

You will process credit and debit cards, make change for cash payments, and offer general customer service in this role. Additionally, you will welcome clients as they enter and address any issues they may have. Although a high school graduation or GED and some prior restaurant experience are preferred, we are open to working with anyone who has the correct attitude and work ethic for the position.

Responsibilities:

welcome clients as they go inside the eatery.
Get signatures while processing credit cards.
For those who are paying with cash, make change.
At the conclusion of the day, close the register.
Offer customer support and dispute resolution

Requirements:

GED certification or a diploma from high school (preferred)
dining experience (preferred)
Mathematics basics
Knowledge of customers
Positivity and a strong work ethic
