About Role:

We are pleased to announce the hiring of a full-time Retail Operations Manager to support our team in the Middle East. This person is responsible for the execution of several special permanent retail projects as well as temporary pop-ups that will be critical to PANGAIA’s growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead the opening and establishment of stores and pop-ups in strategic Middle Eastern locations, serving as the project manager between the London team, malls, and our operating partner.
Inspect existing stores on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met, and support and coach store teams to continuously improve store operations and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as global retail, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure brand messaging consistency and to drive overall business objectives.
Analyze retail sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations to senior management.
Manage costs to ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget.

Requirements:

You have experience in retail operations and have been the operations lead in the opening of new stores and the establishment of pop-up stores.
Working experience in the Middle East
Strong knowledge of retail systems and processes, ranging from till systems to stock management and training retail teams on how to use them.
You take an innovative approach, constantly looking for new and more efficient ways to do things.
You are a solution-oriented person who can be pragmatic when faced with challenges in order to overcome them.
You are able to cultivate and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively cross-functionally.
