About Role:

A Sales Assistant is a professional who is in charge of greeting customers, managing cash registers, and assisting them in finding anything they require within the store. Whether it’s clothing, shoes, or cosmetics, the Sales Assistant will assist customers in finding what they need.

Responsibilities:

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Keep your store fully stocked.
Determine the needs and desires of your customers.
Items that meet the needs of the customer should be recommended and displayed.
Customers should be greeted.
Control point-of-sale procedures
Participate actively in the receipt of new shipments

Requirements:

Fundamental knowledge of sales principles and customer service practises
Proficient in both verbal and written English, as well as Russian;
Understanding of customer and market dynamics and needs;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to customers and adaptable to business needs;
Ability to work in a team and take initiative without direct supervision;
