About Role:

Maximize sales in your area of responsibility by knowing your product line, top sellers, 3 Aces and 1 King, as well as the local market and customers. You make use of IKEA tools as well as your colleagues’ experience and expertise. You ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept by ensuring the efficient operation of the IKEA mechanical sales system.

Responsibilities:

You actively approach customers who you notice needing additional assistance. To exceed their expectations, you identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes.
You understand how to use the various IKEA sales and communication channels, as well as know-how for the various customers you meet.
You keep your area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked at all times, and you ensure that the IKEA basic merchandising standards are met at all times to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
You are enthusiastic about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, which you share with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

The right attitude and behaviour to actively sell and assist customers in purchasing.
Customer behaviour comprehension.
Understanding and employing the Selling the IKEA Way manual.
Understanding of the IKEA product line, including service products.
Basic knowledge of range presentation.
Sales direction.
Management of sales locations and sales space capacity.
Knowledge of computers.
