About Role:

The Sales Assistant is a development role that provides comprehensive training, experience, and knowledge in all aspects of sales at Fresh Express, preparing them to become future Sales Executives.

Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training programme to improve your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the industry.
To gain hands-on experience and insights into the sales process, shadow the key account manager.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, sample requests, credit note preparation, and appointment scheduling.
Learning how to become customer focused and anticipate their needs from the key account manager.
Assist the key account manager in the development of sales proposals.

Requirements:

Business administration or management
Driven and self-assured induvial who is at ease in our fast-paced environment and has the ability and desire to expand their F&B and sales knowledge
Work-related enthusiasm, especially in a fast-paced work environment
Detail-oriented Team Player
Excellent communication abilities
Excellent customer service abilities
