About Role:

GMG’s Sales Assistant will be in charge of selling products and services to customers in order to maximise sales opportunities and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Describes product features and benefits; demonstrates product use and handling
Clients are educated on the brand’s quality standards and specifications.
Provides customers with product recommendations based on their needs. Answers customer questions to assist them in making a purchasing decision.
Customers are given information on product warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care.
Ensures that customers’ needs are met, complaints are resolved (or escalated), and exceptional customer service is provided.

Requirements:

Defines performance goals with the reporting manager at the start of the year and ensures that the goals are met throughout the year.
Takes charge of his or her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on an individual development plan that includes more than just training and development.
Through continuing education and professional development, stays current on professional developments, new techniques, and current issues.
