About Role:

Sales Associates must work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products, and recommend the best solutions. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints quickly and maximise client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you must stay current on product features and keep our store’s visual appearance up to par.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate product.
Convert window shoppers into final buyers.
romote the company’s Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales erve Customers with the highest standards and follow the company’s selling guidelines (GUEST) Greet, comprehend, explain, sell, and thank)
be informed about the group’s various brands in order to suggest sales to customers Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge must be presentable and well groomed at all times and be able to work for extended periods of time during the Sale period.

Requirements:

Ensure that all stock is properly laid out and displayed in order to attract customers while also adhering to standard layout guidelines.
Ensure that all VM guidelines are followed and that all clearance stock norms are maintained.
ecord the inventory inward / outward and keep a record of the same Process andle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter efficiently ally money in the cash till during the beginning / end of the shifts ssue receipts / refunds / change to the customers correctly
