About Role:

As the company’s public face, the sales associate is responsible for answering any and all customer questions about the company’s products and services. A sales associate is expected to keep their knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies up to date.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, answering questions, increasing merchandise engagement, and providing exceptional customer service.
Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers are all part of the job.
Achieving predetermined objectives.
Customers are directed to merchandise within the store.
Store sales are increasing.
Excellent product knowledge.
Maintaining a neat appearance on the sales floor.

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
English written and verbal communication skills
A high school diploma or an associate’s degree.
Experience in retail sales.
A polished appearance.
In a fast-paced environment, keep a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
The ability to read, write, and do simple math.
The ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
