About Role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the oil lubricants industry. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about export sales and will be in charge of identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.

Responsibilities:

Create and put into action a sales strategy to increase lubricant sales in international markets.
To increase sales, develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors in targeted markets.
Discover new business opportunities and devise strategies for entering new markets.
Create pricing strategies and contract with customers and distributors.
Analyze sales data and modify sales strategies as needed.
To ensure a smooth sales process, collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the oil lubricants industry, with a focus on export sales is required.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent leadership and management abilities
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related field is required.
