About Role:

Managing the sales team and assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees. Giving product demonstrations to employees and customers, as well as taking the lead in resolving complaints. Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling appropriate training/refresher sessions.

Responsibilities:

Conducting market research and reporting back to the team.
Working with the team to develop customer acquisition strategies.
Setting sales goals and putting incentives in place.
Delivering accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources to meet targets.
Managing a vendor and supplier network.
Maintaining excellent customer relationships based on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow suit.
Keeping abreast of marketing developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
The ability to think on one’s feet.
Outstanding customer service and leadership abilities.

The ability to diagnose and solve problems.
Diplomacy and the ability to work with a diverse range of people are required.
The ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
