About Role:

In support of an operating unit, performs various clerical and routine accounting tasks such as posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting system output, processing payments, and/or assisting in the preparation of billings and other financial reports. Responds to inquiries and communicates with other departments and/or vendors to solve a wide range of problems. Assists with a variety of clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Managing the daily, weekly, and monthly agendas, as well as arranging new management meetings and appointments and preparing meeting minutes
Checking emails and composing appropriate responses
Manage and keep track of commercial invoices, daily accounts, petty cash, and other documents.
Keeping proper office documents and related files in both soft and hard copy

Requirements:

Filipino nationals are welcome.
Females aged 30 and under
At least three years of related experience
Excel with Pivot and V loop is required, as is proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and email.
Accounting knowledge is required.
Must be immunised (minimum of two doses); proof / copy of certificate required.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
