About Role:

Take on the tasks and obligations from the previous shift with all the knowledge and tools. Respect correct attire, a tidy appearance, and good hygiene. Checking for compliance with company standards in the cleaners’ job and reporting it.As per the criteria defined by the firm, keep track of visitors and help contractors, delivery personnel, and the corporate maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Passing data to the building manager, maintenance coordinator, and security supervisor/manager in accordance with the company’s regulations.
Keeping a daily incident log in the security log book.
Completion of the security manager’s or supervisor’s supervisory assignment instructions.

Requirements:

Help maintain orderly crowd control at the entrance and around the entrance when there is an emergency.
As per the requirements established by the company, patrolling the building periodically from the rooftop to the basements.
Assist the renters in resolving their problems.
assisting renters with moving in and out in accordance with the requirements established by the landlord.
Access control of illegal visitors in accordance with company guidelines.
