About Role:

By using security cameras or their presence in person, the security officer assures the protection of people, things, or buildings. Different security occupations demand diverse protection and safety-related abilities due to the wide variety of risks and dangers, from harassment to terrorist attacks, and the requirement for protection in various places.

Responsibilities:

Informs those who violate policy and procedure of their violations and presents losses and harm by reporting irregularities.
patrols the area, keeps an eye on security cameras and entry points, and protects the building and its inhabitants.
investigates incidents, security breaches, and other suspicious activity.
directs drivers to maintain traffic.
completes reports by jotting down details about events, observations, and surveillance activities.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for up to 4 hours is required
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. is required.
simple computer abilities
strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
high calibre of judgement
can maintain constant vigilance
