About Role:

Assists in the seamless operation of the safety and security department, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. Works as part of a team to optimise guest happiness and comfort by responding to guest inquiries in a positive and timely manner. Takes responsibility for the role’s duties and tasks, ensuring that all work is completed on time and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Delivers on departmental strategies and objectives, ensuring that hotel activities and targets are met.
Collaborates with their direct report to ensure that costs and inventories are under control, and that productivity and performance levels are met.
Maintains successful working connections while promoting the company’s culture and principles.
Ensures adherence and compliance with all regulations by planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence requirements and best practise activities for internal and external audit, and executing follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude in work
Passion for the hospitality business and dedication to providing great guest service
Capability to discover inventive solutions while assuming responsibility for obligations and tasks assigned
Personal integrity, as well as the capacity to perform in an environment where excellence is expected
Working knowledge of IT systems on diverse platforms
Excellent communication abilities
