About Role:

We are looking for Security Guards with Defence Force experience (but not required) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. These positions are available on a permanent basis as unaccompanied contracts in Dubai. (Please keep in mind that this is NOT a FIFO position.)

Responsibilities:

Maintain the security of the premises and the location’s surrounding perimeter.
Maintain active awareness of current threat levels and be vigilant in reporting any suspicious activity observed.
When possible, provide friendly, helpful customer service and maintain collaborative working relationships (s) with personnel, contractors, and external agencies (e.g., Local Police).
Deter noncompliance with security protocols by acting as a deterrent.

Requirements:

Working experience in a base operations environment (desirable)
Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are required.
Capability to effectively communicate, interact with the public, respond to questions, and provide information.
Ability to follow explicit instructions, exercise judgement, and act quickly in an emergency situation.
