About Role:

We are looking for a physically fit and attentive security guard to ensure the safety of our property. The security guard is in charge of recording visitors’ names, patrolling the property, and apprehending any trespassers.

Responsibilities:

Assume all duties and responsibilities from the previous shift, including all information and equipment. Wear a neat uniform and maintain good hygiene and appearance.
Checking and reporting on the work of the cleaner in accordance with the company’s standards.
Record and assist visitors, contractors, delivery people, and the company’s maintenance team in accordance with the company’s standards.
Passing information to security supervisor/manager, maintenance coordinator, building management as per the standards set by company.
Maintaining daily occurrences record in the security log book.

Requirements:

During an emergency, assist in the orderly control of crowds at the entrance and outside the entrance.
Patrolling the building from the rooftop to the basements on a regular basis in accordance with the company’s standards.
Provide tenants with assistance with their complaints.
Assisting tenants with their move in and out according to the Company’s standards.
Unauthorized visitors are subject to access control in accordance with the company’s standards.
