About Role:

Assume all duties and responsibilities from the previous shift, including all information and equipment. Wear a neat uniform and maintain good hygiene and appearance. Checking and reporting cleaners’ work in accordance with the company’s standards. Record and assist visitors, contractors, delivery people, and the company’s maintenance team in accordance with the company’s standards.

Responsibilities:

Passing information to security supervisor/manager, maintenance coordinator, and building management in accordance with company standards.
Keeping a daily log of occurrences in the security log book.
Completion of security manager/supervisor assignment instructions.

Requirements:

During an emergency, assist in the orderly control of crowds at the entrance and outside the entrance.
Patrolling the building time to time from rooftop to basements as per the standards set by company.
Provide tenants with assistance with their complaints.
Assisting tenants with their move in and out according to the Company’s standards.
Access control of unauthorised visitors as per the standards set by company.
Reporting any property damage or unusual occurrences in accordance with the company’s standards
