About Role:

To smoothly and effectively coordinate all security team activities and daily operations such as scheduling, shifts, and training in order to protect the company’s property, assets, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment. He or she will patrol and perform other security duties to prevent any illegal or inappropriate behaviour.

Responsibilities:

Acts primarily to protect life and property of the company by detecting, investigating, resolving, and reporting any security breaches or incidents in order to maintain a secure environment in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Briefs the security team at the start of each shift to keep them up to date on developments since the previous shift and to share information about any security concerns.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience in any security company in any industry is required.
Willing to work on a shift pattern (24/7) and for extended periods of time.
A high school diploma or a diploma in any field is acceptable.
Trainings such as Emergency Response Compatibility and First Aid are required.
At all times, demonstrates a confident and composed personality, as well as a positive attitude.
Well-dressed and well-organized.
