About Role:

The Security Guard is in charge of providing services such as securing external and internal entry control points, controlling staff through the enforcement of resort policies and procedures, providing a service to in-house guests by ensuring their personal safety during their stay, monitoring guest and staff activity throughout the resort, and ensuring the safety and security of all occupants.

Responsibilities:

Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and notifies policy and procedure violators.
Patrols property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points to secure premises and personnel.
Looks into security breaches, incidents, and other unusual behaviour.
Traffic is controlled by directing drivers.
Reports are completed by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
A minimum of [number] years of security experience is required.
CPR/First Aid certification
The ability to stand for up to 4 hours is required.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is required.
Basic computer abilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
Excellent decision-making abilities
