About Role:

We are looking for a Security Manager who will be in charge of implementing strategies and aligning them with the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, hands-on experience with security tools/software, and a clear understanding of strategy creation and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Working with department managers to determine security requirements.
Comprehensive security strategies must be planned and implemented.
Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes are all part of the job.
Security personnel are supervised, recruited, and trained.
Obtaining security intelligence and putting preventative measures in place.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
Security training, licencing, and registration as required by the state.
At least two years of experience in a comparable role.
Extensive experience preventing illegal activity and controlling access.
Comprehensive understanding of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
Understanding of security industry regulations.
