About Role:

Our Safety & Security Team consists of conscientious and diligent professionals who are dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment and who strive to provide a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations, creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist and support the smooth operation of the safety and security department, where all aspects of safety and security at the Hotel are maintained and delivered to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
Takes responsibility for the role’s duties and tasks, ensuring that all work is completed on time and professionally.
Collaborate with coworkers to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort while providing a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution.

Requirements:

Safety and security knowledge
Adaptability to changing service environments
Take an active, hands-on approach.
Passion for the hospitality industry Ability to manage work and ensure that tasks are completed
Capability to find innovative solutions and make recommendations
Personal integrity, as well as the ability to work in an environment where excellence is expected
