About Role:

As a Security Specialist, Assistance, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing and supporting the delivery of professional and effective security assistance services for International SOS clients in Mashreq & Iran, East & Southern Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality security risk assessments, advice, and security assistance coordination to travellers, international assignees, domestic nationals, and client risk managers on a profile and itinerary-specific basis.
Receive and evaluate all security-related calls, as well as determine the assistance needs of International.SOS clients.
Provide security advice to callers, employers, and employees, and arrange for appropriate security assistance.
Contribute to operational readiness by completing tasks related to the maintenance and development of the security provider network and internal Concepts of Operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security intelligence or a related field, such as military, government, NGO, or journalism, as well as relevant academic studies.
Proven experience with geopolitical analysis in the Middle East and Iran, East and Southern Africa, or Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Experience working abroad is preferred.
