About Role:

An objective of a Security Supervisor is to increase the safety and security of Guests, Team Members, and others. A Security Supervisor maintains constant surveillance of activity on and around the hotel property.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring hotel operations and facilities constantly
Maintain all records and essential systems in accordance with the law and company regulations.
Improve the fire, security, and surveillance systems.
Review any incidents swiftly and fully with the goal of preventing repeat occurrences.
Organize work schedules, train and oversee the Security Team, and make sure all rules are followed.

Requirements:

Experience in creating, implementing, and enforcing security systems, preferably gained while employed in a sector that tracked huge volumes of people’s movement
Current and practical understanding of fire safety and first aid (valid credentials necessary)
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
Outstanding personal presentation
