About Role:

Supervise Security staff security and safety activities to ensure that they are carrying out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures. Control the movement of packages, materials, and property into and out of the hotel, as well as the implementation of the systems.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Security staff security and safety activities to ensure that they are carrying out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
Control the movement of packages, materials, and property into and out of the hotel, as well as the implementation of the systems.
Serve as the Department’s Training Officer and Coordinator.
Attend to or engage female guests in matters requiring the intervention of Security personnel.
Responds to emergency calls in accordance with the Emergency Response Team’s procedures and roles (ERT).

Requirements:

Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo. Preferably with hotel security or similar background and a valid Security permit card
Always upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity.
Excellent communicator and presenter
Thinking outside the box
Has excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
