About Role:

As Security Supervisor, you will be in charge of the safety and security of all hotel guests, colleagues, contractors, and visitors. A Security Supervisor is also in charge of the hotel’s safety and security, as well as the Security Team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise other Security Officers and provide them with briefings.
Assign responsibilities in accordance with the Security Manager’s instructions.
If necessary, coordinate with the local police and CID.
Check the property on a daily basis for any damage or any incidents
Guard the entrances and exits and submit daily reports to the Lobby Manager.
Closed CCTV cameras are used to monitor specific areas.
Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are kept clear at all times, and that all fire and safety equipment is in its proper place.

Requirements:

Knowledge of security protocols and procedures is required.
Outstanding management and supervisory abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Capability to train on security policies and procedures.
Working knowledge of confidential and classified information.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
