About Role:

We are looking for a Senior accountant with attention to detail to carry out accounting duties in coordination with internal departments. You’ll be completing general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and audits to check that our financial data is accurate and that our accounting procedures follow the law.

Responsibilities:

Taking part actively in the month-end closing process for all accounting sections and modules in accordance with closing deadlines.
Monthly ledger entry of financial information, including accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and intercompany entries; preparation of reports in accordance with IFRS; reconciliation of frontend/POS and backend key account discrepancies; and implementation of remedial measures (Revenue, COGS)
Demand creation, Stock order commission, and Rebate calculation and publishing.

Requirements:

5+ years of expertise in financial reporting and general ledger accounting
4+ years’ experience in the healthcare, retail, or FMCG industries
4+ years of SAP and Oracle experience
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is preferred. Professional certifications such as the CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA are also advantageous.
