About Role:

As a Senior Analyst in CBRE’s Consulting team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of consulting assignments throughout the UAE, KSA, and other regions in the region. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, performing market assessments, providing development recommendations, and performing financial analyses as part of these assignments. Working in multinational and multidisciplinary project teams, you will provide high-quality services to our clients on medium- to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Executes consulting assignments varying in size and complexity throughout the Middle East.
Performs various tasks of consulting assignments and ensures that deliverables are presented on-time and in line with / above client expectations
As needed, research and sourcing of relevant market data for various real estate asset classes
Conduct market analyses, such as supply and demand analyses, benchmarking analyses, key performance indicators, and market views and forecasts.
Develop development recommendations, such as project visions, land use budgets, development briefs, project specifications, phasing recommendations, and so on.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA/BS). A master’s or MBA degree is preferred.
2-4 years of real estate / consulting experience preferred, with a focus on strategic advisory, development advice, and financial analysis.
