About Role:

Take possession of all incoming materials and check them against purchase orders. Keep track of, record, and correct any errors with orders you’ve received. Update records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns to ensure the facility’s inventory system is accurate. Manage supplies and inventory to keep them within the predetermined minimum and maximum levels. Maintain accurate records of all purchases, sales, and withdrawals from the stockroom.

Responsibilities:

ability to oversee operations in a 24/7 environment.
Possibility of creating and maintaining cooperative working relationships with essential stakeholders
the capacity to think clearly and work under pressure while accurately doing tasks within the allotted time
to create and preserve close working relationships with both internal and external vendors.

Requirements:

Good planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Must be well-organized and on time. Good interpersonal and customer service abilities. Strong analytical and attention to detail
Good time management abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines
strong emphasis on policy compliance
