About Role:

Responsible for handling all member inquiries and counter service requests, ensuring that Free Zone services are delivered effectively and efficiently. In addition, the role attends to, assists, and educates clients about service requirements to ensure they are properly informed.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with Free Zone counter clients in an efficient and professional manner, educating them on the relevant requirements for all types of services provided.
Develop strong professional relationships with Members and take a service-oriented approach. Responds to all client requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain customer service standards and provide services that are in the best interests of the members.
Adhere to all performance standards and work diligently to maintain overall department KPIs.
Receive and verify all necessary information to proceed with member services and ensure error-free and timely transactions.
When necessary, initiates contact with Free Zone members to update them on their pending status and to request any additional information.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or a diploma in any discipline
3 to 5 years of client relationship management experience with strong communication skills
Previous client-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills are required.
High level of computer literacy and presentation skills
