About Role:

In the event of a discrepancy in reference, quantity, or price, communicate with the division and take the agreed-upon corrective action. Enter relevant data fields as required by the ASN module. To generate an Appointment number, double-check all entered data and confirm the ASN. Send a communication to the warehouse with the appointment number and packing list.

Responsibilities:

Calculate and divide the freight, transportation, and other transit costs according to the payment invoice value.
Utilize the Oracle Retail Merchandising System to complete the obligation (RMS).
Choose the appropriate Obligation type from the available options.
Fill in the relevant data fields as directed by the RMS module.
Send the generated obligation number to the Accounts department once completed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Minimum of two years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or a related industry.
