About Role:

We are looking for a hardworking, customer-oriented shop assistant to ensure that our in-store retail operations run smoothly. The responsibilities of the shop assistant include greeting customers, monitoring customer activities to prevent shoplifting, arranging window displays appropriately, and processing customer refunds. You should also be able to identify your customers’ needs and recommend appropriate shop items that best meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

Receiving, processing, and arranging shipments and deliveries.
Restocking depleted or low-stock items and ensuring that the sales floor is organised in accordance with established procedures.
Helping customers locate desired shop items.
Informing customers about store promotions in order to encourage purchases.
Conducting regular price audits in order to detect and correct price discrepancies.

Requirements:

Follow the shopkeeper’s instructions and be honest and diligent.
Go to prepare and pack according to shop orders, then hand over to customers.
Arrange the merchandise in the shop and clean it as needed.
Work well with your teammates.
Experience installing furniture and connecting electrical power is preferred.
Knowledge of English
