About Role:

Examine drawings for accuracy and clarity of information, and take the necessary steps to ensure adequate information is available. Monitor and ensure that only the most recent revisions of Issued for Construction drawings are used, and remove all superseded drawings from the job site. Supervise on-site work activities and report any trends in delays to the Section Engineer.

Responsibilities:

As instructed and directed by the Section Engineer, take the necessary corrective actions on work that requires rework or remedial actions.
Monitor, control, and coordinate the work of various trade subcontractors and report to the Section Engineer on their progress and or trends for problems / delays.
Ensure that safety procedures are followed on site and that any risks are reported to the Safety Officer/Section Engineer.
Maintain a site diary at all times, recording daily site activities and any circumstances that have a negative impact on the Project.
Identifies and plans the internal process inspection requirements, as well as his schedule for the next day’s planned inspections.
Make certain that no work is submitted for inspection unless it is complete and meets all specifications.

Requirements:

Education Civil/Architecture Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
Experience A must-have Minimum of two and no more than five years of experience with major building/villa contractors
Language Proficiency in English is required.
