About Role:

Responsibilities:

Customer Centricity Support ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Excellence in Operational Management
Assist in keeping the product display area clean and organised.
Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels
Maintain operating standards by keeping the stock room clean.
Arrange the inventory in an orderly and timely manner.
Correctly receive and maintain stock
Being able to use SIM

Requirements:

Fundamental knowledge of sales principles and customer service practises
English proficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service priority
Personality: friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging
