About Role:

A store manager is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Their responsibilities include motivating sales teams, developing business strategies, creating promotional materials, and training new employees. Also known as a store manager.

Responsibilities:

Providing outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Motivating the sales team to meet sales targets through training and mentoring.
Developing business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and increase profits.
Hiring, training, and supervising new employees.
Professionally responding to customer complaints and concerns.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of three years’ experience working in retail, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Customer service-oriented with a thorough understanding of basic business management processes.
