About Role:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of pharmacy staff service. Ensuring the accuracy of all medications, including controlled substances and insurance prescriptions. Observing insurance protocols and providing timely documentation, communication, and follow-up

Responsibilities:

Deliver on all goals and drive business initiatives to new heights.
Participate in projects involving industry organisations, supply chain initiatives, and other special projects that are assigned to you.
Organize in-store special promotions, displays, and events.
Inform the Area Manager about business performance, new initiatives, and other relevant issues.
Create business strategies to increase our customer base, increase store traffic, and maximise profitability.
Prepare an annual budget; plan expenditures; analyse variances; and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required.
Medicine dispensing licence issued by the DHA.
A minimum of two years’ experience as a registered pharmacist in the UAE is required.
