About Role:

As the Store Manager for our Level Shoes boutique, you will be our Brand Ambassador, promoting FENDI heritage, craftsmanship, creativity, and material quality in the market. You will strengthen your client relationships by constantly coaching and motivating your team and ensuring that all standards, KPIs, and targets in terms of performance, processes, and procedures are in line with our vision of excellence and luxury.

Responsibilities:

Use relevant KPIs to track and improve store performance.
Analyze the business, propose and implement improvement plans, and generate sales for each product category.
Set team and individual performance targets with relevant KPIs and demonstrate sales leadership for staff.
Be aware of the local trading environment and its impact on our sales, as well as the trading activities of competitors.
Manage and supervise the team’s compliance with all company operating and stock procedures.
Manage customer service quality in order to meet client expectations by providing excellent service standards.

Requirements:

10+ years of fashion/luxury sales experience
5-7 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Business acumen and global perspective
Dedicated to the customer
Selling and communication skills are essential, as are self-reliance, friendliness, and patience.
Leadership, self-assurance, organisation, and professionalism
Fluent English and/or strong knowledge of the fashion/luxury industry
