About Role:

Ensure that stock loss is kept to a minimum. control stockrooms Implement the store’s operating procedures and ensure that all employees follow the brand’s and company’s policies and procedures at all times. Apply innovative techniques to meet or exceed the store’s sales target. Ensure adequate stock levels to maximise sales. Weekly audit the shop administration and, if necessary, resolve any discrepancies. Manage the daily roaster, leave, and retail staff grievances.

Responsibilities:

Maintain visual merchandising standards in stores at all times in accordance with established VM standards.
Promote the company’s Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
Monitor the shop and provide feedback to the Area Manager on the employees and products.
Maintain complete security awareness and vigilance at all times in the shop.
Must be knowledgeable about the group’s various brands in order to recommend them to customers.
Complete shop operations responsibility
Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.

Requirements:

Achieve company objectives by ensuring retail staff provides the highest levels of customer service and has the skills and support needed to maximise sales.
Implement store operating procedures in accordance with company and brand standards.

Provide feedback on employees and products to the Area Manager and Operations Manager.
