About Role:

To support the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, guaranteeing customer happiness, managing staff, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Help handle everyday store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-maintained store at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client complaints and resolving difficulties.
Manage and train retail employees to ensure they meet performance standards and sales goals.
Maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store has enough merchandise to meet client demand.
Track sales and revenue and make suggestions to improve store performance.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Prior retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Inventory management and sales analysis skills are required.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere while handling numerous duties at once.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
