About Role:

Receive and inspect all incoming materials or items, then reconcile purchase orders to the invoice. Keep documentation and track damages and discrepancies between received orders and approved purchase orders. Examine the received goods’ quality. All documents must be matched and posted (invoices, requisitions, work orders, purchase orders and delivery notes). Ensure the accuracy of material distribution to end users. Organize stock and ensure that all items received are in their proper storage location and are properly arranged.

Responsibilities:

Keep all records and trackers up to date.
At regular intervals, spot check inventory in the warehouses.
Execute monthly and quarterly inventory stock takes, ensuring that all items are correctly counted in all locations.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Maintain required HACCP standards by working as a team.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
A minimum of one year of operational experience is required.
English is second language.
Understand the fundamentals of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excel training certificate.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Experience with forklifts.
