About Role:

Accountable for the project warehouse’s inventory management system’s correctness. accountable for the prompt issuance of supplies from inventory to projects upon request and for the efficient management of finished goods or materials returned by the operations team. Responsible for the correct storage of materials at the project warehouse and for minimising damage/wastage. All arriving items must be received, examined, and reconciled with purchase orders and invoices. Documents must also be reported and order damages and discrepancies tracked.

Responsibilities:

Being in charge of the accurate inspection, handling, storing, and recording of commodities obtained from suppliers
In charge of periodically conducting stock inventories and regularly reporting to the procurement manager.
Observe the warehouse’s safety regulations.

Requirements:

Holds a bachelor’s degree.
2-4 years of storekeeping experience.
Computer literate with exceptional written and vocal communication abilities.
Having the capacity to multitask, being able to work quickly, and paying close attention to details
