About Role:

As a successful packaging machine operator, you must pay close attention to detail and be able to troubleshoot minor issues. Finally, an excellent packaging machine operator should be a problem-solving individual who can carry packed boxes of varying weights if necessary.

Responsibilities:

Creating and organising a fully functional storage system for all necessary items, as well as inputting data in an efficient and organised manner.
Work with production and sites to determine what products are required.
Organizing materials and distributing them to teams deployed to sites
Keeping track of tools and equipment with factory and site personnel.
Collaboration with the procurement officer, accounts department, and supervisor is essential.
All received materials should be monitored and inspected for material defects, delivery shortages, and invoice discrepancies.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
Assign used materials to ongoing jobs and keep inventory levels up to date.
Performing all other stock-related duties, such as returning and packing supplies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of storekeeping experience in Joinery fitout companies is required.
Understanding of tools and building materials.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excel and inventory processing software proficiency
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
