About Role:

Capable of managing multiple stores in multiple locations Capable of managing furniture transportation and asset inventory. Capable of communicating with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies with received orders.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the facility’s inventory system’s accuracy by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Manage inventory/supplies to ensure they remain within the minimum and maximum levels established.
Maintain current records of receipts, records, and store takeout items.
Packing, labelling, and returning supplies is your responsibility.
Responsible for stock rotation and coordinating surplus disposal.

Requirements:

Education: Applicants for the position of storekeeper must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in facilities management, retail, or a related field is required, as well as a UAE driving licence.
Energetic: Because the job of a storekeeper requires some physical labour, they must be able to lift 20 kg boxes.
Computer Skills: Applicants must have basic computer skills in order to work with a computerised inventory system and data entry skills in order to update the inventory control system. Excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
